Our approach includes a variety of innovative methods including some unique, proprietary techniques.  These are techniques to encourage creativity, problem-solving and decision-making based on principles of quantum physics.

 

Our coaching model includes three areas – the individual, the team and the result.  With group alignment as our primary goal, we define the objectives and success factors for each area, and create an integrated “success blueprint” for results.

Possibility

We start with a high level review of your company called the Critical Asset Analysis. This review is focused on identifying potential revenue growth and cost saving opportunities while determining that key assets are protected and potential liabilities and control weaknesses are diminished. The result is a summary of possibilities (opportunities) open to your company to pursue. Your company’s current vision and strategy are reviewed and changes are made to leverage the new possibilities.

Probability

The next step is to gain your team members' commitment to executing and improving the business strategy.  At this critical point, the toxic environment of corporate/office politics is addressed. At The Alignment Forum™, we offer a unique training course called Breaking Through Barriers™. Our course helps the individual identify and strengthen their own personal pillars, deal with challenges and to define personal goals. Once key team members complete and regularly utilize the methods offered through Breaking Through Barriers™, they can appreciate and respect the diverse strengths of other team members creating an aligned team environment.
