Biography Carolyn Jolly Rick Jolly
Carolyn Jolly is a leadership and team development consultant and coach, who coaches executives and teams to achieve group alignment. She helps executive and management teams find more effective business solutions and to align the group for a shared purpose. She specializes in coaching executives and teams in the development of effective sales and marketing strategies. Her experience in multiple implementations of enterprise systems also gives her a unique perspective for coaching implementation teams. Carolyn has been a Managing Director for Bearingpoint, LLC (formerly KPMG Consulting), consulting for Fortune 1000 high technology and consumer products companies in CRM strategies. In a coaching and consulting role, she has led vision and strategy engagements for such companies as Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Best Software, and Westell Technologies. She also has extensive business experience as an executive with several Fortune 500 companies. As a sales manager and executive she successfully led teams for Hallmark Cards, Mattel Toys, Mitchell Publishing (Thomson Publishing), and The Walt Disney Company, consistently achieving aggressive sales targets. Her approach includes a variety of innovative methods, including some unique, proprietary techniques that she co-authored. These are techniques to encourage creativity, problem-solving and decision-making based on the principles of quantum physics. She has served on both the Los Angeles chapter and national boards of Professional Coaches and Mentors Association as Vice President of Marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pittsburg State University , Pittsburg , Kansas.

He has worked with a variety of companies including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, consumer services and professional services. In addition, Rick practiced as a CPA with Price Waterhouse and as Internal Audit Manager for a Fortune 500 company, Yellow Freight Systems. His approach includes using analytical tools and methods to help identify and isolate issues coupled with a variety of innovative methods designed to promote individual, team and corporate growth.
